No indoor/near window smoking, wood fires, illegal drugs, unsafe for septic flushing, unaccounted for guests or pets, pool use after dark, unagreed parties, stocked food+beverage utilized without payment, outdoor shoes indoors or on furniture, no loud noise (the State Park most of Malibu’s 1 mile wide and 27 mile stretch of scenic beauty backs up onto echoes everything but music for your own enjoyment volume is totally ok - Bluetooth speaker light in clubhouse!),
inappropriate care of hot tub or pool (turning temperature way down, like by hitting light+temp+light which changes the mode, leaving lid off all night, splashing excessively to decrease water level to an unsafe degree, jumping in shallows, getting oils or lotions or food or drink in water, running hot tub without water over jets) or similar use that’s damaging, so that other guests whom have booked perhaps right after may be not be ensured the great vacation that they looked forward to, as well.
We reserve the right to charge a $50 base fine when rules are broken to mend the inconvenience with neighbors.
If a booking is made and the above occurs an additional fee for repairs may apply, such as $500 for septic declogging during or just after your stay.
Cancellations to additional pre-paid services must occur within 24 hours of initial acceptance of request for additional service payment or booking, whichever is sooner, as we purchase supplies well in advance to ensure availability for your enjoyment plus book off our work time, immediately to accommodate.
Also, we do have to check on the house, plants, or animals around property from time to time, but we do our best to do so without any intrusion.
Lastly, you do have your own reserved parking for 1-2 cars, and do not park across from the property on street, as that’s also private land.
