The house was built by Joseph Eicher in 1956 in classic mid-Century Modern style with an atrium and extensive walls of glass looking out on a backyard that extends to an open space (no rear neighbors). The house was fully renovated in 2017 and has a modern kitchen. We'd love to host your next production project! The kitchen, dining area, and living room are a single continuous room and furnishings can be moved to make this a highly flexible area. One of the 4 bedrooms is lined with walnut, one is outfitted as an office, and two are set up as bedrooms. The fireplace is functional. Outside, there is considerable space for dining, work, and play. There is a large table and chairs and a second, elevated deck with sofas for 10-12 people surrounding a fire pit. Great views of the open space from there. Eleven fruit trees run along the southern side of the property and are nearly always bearing some fruit. The house is furnished in original mid-century pieces including notable pieces by Eames, Nelson, Wegner, Nakashima and Conover.
