About the Space

Gorgeous sunny and spacious downtown facility located in the in the heart of DTLA's Fashion District. This studio boasts a 1500 square foot space with amenities such as air conditioning, heating, wifi, and a 15 feet high ceilings. The studio also comes with over 20 diferent paper seamless backdrops- free to use (assuming you treat them with care :) This studio does not include the adjacent studio, studio B, but Studio A offers more than enough room to get what you need done. It is ideal for photo shoots (great natural light, perfect for head shots), workshops, castings, still & video, showroom and production space, music videos, commercials, and so on. The studio is always changing to accommodate new renters so feel free to ask for current pictures of the space and types of backdrops that are available. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings

Yes, I would book again.

We originally booked this space, but then James upgraded us to their other studio to accommodate us better with space, which was amazing! Highly recommend Fanciful Fox Studio they have everything you need, cyc, backdrops, a lounge, a large enough studio space to transform into anything you need, strong wifi, production office, etc. Located downtown next to ample parking. Can't say anything bad about them. Their Studio Manager Joni is amazing. I'd give 5 stars but Peerspace only allows for 4. I highly recommend shooting here.

Yes, I would book again.
