There is plenty of street parking in front of my building. I live in front of a one-way street so there are parking options on both sides of the street. I’m also across from the laundry mat that has a parking lot where parking is permitted for short periods of time.

5 large west-facing windows through the apartment let in lots of natural light throughout the day. Windows are all about 6'x2.5' and have light filtering curtains. Brightest between 10 AM - 6 PM in the spring and summer, 9 AM - 4 PM in the fall and winter.

Noise is minimal as my window faces a residential area (not the street, thankfully!). Only a bit of noise from the neighbors only if the windows are open. I also have window A/C units that have a low hum when on.

Stairs

Unit is on the 2nd floor of a walk-up, only one straight flight of stairs. Wide hallways easy for managing equipment. Plenty of street parking for loading trucks but no specific loading zone. Trucks are allowed to park as normal.

Circuit breakers are located inside the unit and can be reset as needed. Apartment comes with 26 wall outlets (there are at least 2 outlets on every wall), and host owns 3 power strips with a combined 15 additional outlets. One power strip also contains 2 USB ports for USB charging.

- Remove shoes inside the apartment - No loud noise, no pets, and no nudity - Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or the building - Please do not rearrange the furniture or any other items without permission - Please do not use the dining or cookware in the kitchen - Use of bedroom is not permitted unless it is discussed and confirmed prior to booking; increased cleaning fee will be applied - Additional guest may be permitted with advance notice; increased cleaning fee will be applied - Understanding that there can be a need for guests to visit a space in person to make sure it's the right fit for what they have planned, in-person and virtual site visits are offered. Virtual site visits are free and can be set up via Zoom, FaceTime, or WhatsApp. In-person site visits are available for a flat rate of $20 for up to 30 minutes. - Please allow at least 24 hours notice for any special request - Please make sure A/C and lights are off, windows are closed, and trash is removed Important things to note: - Front door is self-locking and remains locked outside. Once you leave the apartment you will be locked out and unable to re-enter. Please be sure to turn off all lights and A/C, and double check for all belongs prior to leaving - There are surveillance cameras on the premises -- please do not touch, block, or cover - Overtime fees are charged for departures that are more than 15 minutes late. Please communicate with me if you need more time to ensure you are not running into another booking or scheduled cleaning.
