- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

About the Space
North 1 is a 1000 sq. ft. studio space that features two stages: The Private Jet Stage and The RGB LED Archway. North 1 is also equipped with two vanity stations, a private bathroom, hardwood floors and 12 ft. high ceilings. Use the button below to book this space for your upcoming production. Add on Equipment Rental Options: Bluetooth Speaker, Fog Machine, Godox continuous lighting kit. *Please note, this is NOT a sound proof space. We are not a sound stage however productions with special sound requirements have been filmed using this location, feel free to ask about the quietest days/times.

The space were nice and they let us used different rooms, the only thing were the timing for our booking they weren’t there on time. But they made up for it by letting us stay extra hr. We had a great experience and perfect space with beautiful studio’s.
