Cleaning crew is brought in between each booking and a thorough disinfecting and deep cleaning is performed.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Beautiful and mysterious 1870's property tucked away in the woods with dramatic great room and chandelier, exposed beams and multiple levels and rooms. Large, exposed stone fireplace, a huge leaded glass picture window and open room flow allow for many photo opportunities. Interesting balance of old and new set on 3 private acres in historic Ridgefield, CT. Swimming pool, stone terracing and outdoor kitchen/bar on flat and rolling topography. Paved and dirt roads nearby add to country vibe and the charming village of Ridgefield with restaurants and shops is only 5 minutes away. The village of Katonah, NY (near the Metro North station) is 15 minutes away. The home is secluded yet easily accessible. Not ADA compliant. Multiple staircases but primary spaces are on one level.

Long driveway with multiple parking areas and access road with berm. Could fit 8-10 vehicles.

General Rules

No smoking or vaping. No drugs. No heels or cleats on wood floors. No moving furniture without homeowner consent. No pets without homeowner consent. No alcohol without homeowner consent. No loud music after 11pm Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. Furniture must be moved back to where you found it Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking Front door must be locked upon departure from the space.
