General Rules for space: Outside catering is allowed No pets allowed No smoking in the building Noise levels should be controlled to a respectable level. All rentals include setup and tear down time; please inquire for details about staffing. Furniture must be moved back to where you found it. Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. Front door must be locked upon departure from the space. CHECK-IN 7AM or later. We are here to answer all your questions. CHECK-OUT 8PM. Please keep the space clean and in good condition. We have the space cleaned professionally but please put the furniture back prior to departure. If there are any damages please inform us of them immediately. So that repairs can be made before the next guest arrives. Guests are responsible for the cost of the repairs. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
