West Adams Backyard with Urban Flare

This backyard is your perfect space for hosting your next socially distant gathering, outdoor movie night, and it even makes a great space for a photo shoot. When you first enter the backyard, through the driveway gate, you are greeted by a beautifully landscaped patio covered with a white pergola. The covered patio makes for a great dining area or serving area with its 8’ table and seating for 8. The backdrop to the table is a 30’ long colorful street art mural. Near the covered pergola, there’s a nicely carved out space that works as a great area for a bar setup (vintage white bar can be provided). Looking deeper into the backyard you are surrounded by luscious green (REAL) grass and large olive trees. Sitting in the rear of the backyard is a large gravel area with a concrete gas fire pit, surrounded by seating for 6 people. Additionally within the enclosed backyard, you have concrete driveway space that works great for outdoor movie seating. Either the white garage door can be used as a screen for movie night, or a separate screen can be set up against the garage. **Due to COVI-19, No Restroom Provided** You are welcome to supply your own rental restroom facility.
