Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We have hired a professional cleaning company that cleans and sanitizes between guests. all surface areas are wiped and we have professional air purifiers on each floor. Additional cleaning products are available on each floor.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

-Exterior cameras are 24/7 and sound capable. Cameras are located in the front, both sides and rear of the property.
-ADT security system in place with check in camera in keypad system. Guest instructions to operate alarm are in the check in instructions. Please contact host if any instruction is unclear. If false alarm is received by monitoring service , a false alarm fee may be assessed by the City of Detroit up to 150.00
- Police response time in this area is quick as the police station is 2 blocks away.
- Guests over the registered amount will terminate this lease and guest will be immediately asked to leave.
- Remote control for rear security gate replacement fee is 40.00 if lost/missing.
WARNING of LOFT/ BUNK BED RISKS. A loft/bunk bed has an inherent risk of fall as it requires climbing to reach the bed. Children should not be left alone in a room that contains a bunk bed. Only one person should be allowed on the top bunk at a time, and there should be absolutely no horseplay on or under the beds. To prevent strangulation, never attach or hang items to any part of the bunk bed that are not designed for use with the bed; for example, but not limited to, belts, hooks, jump ropes and towels.
RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS FROM RISKS. As a condition of booking this ROOM/APARTMENT/LISTING, Guest hereby releases and holds harmless the Owner, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damages, and attorney fees and costs whatsoever arising from, related to, or resulting from these Risks, including those caused by the negligent acts or omissions of those released herein, and agrees to indemnify Owner for any claims for injuries to those allowed in the ROOM/APARTMENT/LISTING by the Guest.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
