Great for shooting productions with a family home setting. Office space available with desk & chair. Balcony available for use. 2 Story house with all rooms up. Kitchen stocked with utensils, plates, pots & pans to prepare a meal. Allowed to use all areas of the house for productions. This a second home so there will be some personal items that are put away.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
