Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

All high touch surfaces, hard surfaces (counters, tables, light switches, door knobs, chairs, sinks, showers, etc) are wiped down to remove and stains, crumbs, etc. Then surfaces are sprayed with a pre-mixed bleach disinfectant spray. Soft porous surfaces, like couches, armchairs and pillows are vacuumed throughly to remove any crumbs then sprayed with OdoBan fabric disinfectant. All bedding and towels are washed in hot water. Cleaners wear gloves and masks while cleaning.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Charming, historical duplex built in the 1920s located in the Hollywood- Rose Hill area. Located only minutes away from Williams Bryce Stadium, USC, and the downtown area. Both units have separate entrances, kitchens, and living rooms but share a lovely outdoor area and a spacious living room where families or friends can come together or for events/meetings. The space also has many large windows to allow in lots of natural light. This is an older home so some of the fixtures are slightly worn but when you see the high ceilings and beautiful fireplaces you’ll see it’s all part of it’s charm.

Lighting description

There are large windows with blinds in all the rooms except downstairs dining room, hallways, and half bath. Light can be controlled with curtains and blinds. Light is brightest in the mornings and afternoons.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

The neighborhood is very quiet, and there is not much traffic. All the appliances are quiet with exception of the washer and dryer when it is running.

Equipment loading description

There are a few stairs to the entrance way and one flight of stairs to the upstairs so a ramp maybe needed to move heavy items. Larger items that need to go upstairs may have to be taken from the outside stairs because the inside stairs are in a slightly narrow hallway. Loading trucks can fit in the driveways.

Staging area is available

Bedrooms, maybe used for makeup/wardrobe. Since the house is a dupex, one unit could be used for filming while the other could be reserved for crew/talent.

There are two circuit breakers located outside, on the right side of the house.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
