This property is generally used as a short term rental unit during the weekend for large groups. During the week, we have it available as a co-working/meeting/event space because it has both an open-layout floor plan which provides for a very friendly work environment, combined with several large outdoor patio areas where you can hold conference calls, break out sessions, or small work out classes. Inside the home, we have three common areas available that overflow into one another; the kitchen, dining room, and living room area. You can easily accommodate 6-12 staff in this area alone. Outside of the home, we have three additional common areas available; the front porch, the back patio area (part of this patio is covered and part of it is exposed), and a large open backyard for games or exercises. In addition to the common areas described, we also have 1.5 bathrooms available for use on the first floor. Please note that the bedrooms in the house will not be accessible when booking through peerspace. If you wish to spend the night or host a retreat over several days, no problem - just message us and we can work that out!
