SUPPLEMENTAL LOCATION AGREEMENT: Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental location agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: $1,000,000 general liability 3rd Party Property Damage Loss Payee Certificate holder must be named as additional insured 2 separate certificates required OVERTIME POLICY: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Site Representative overtime will be billed at 1.5 times the rate listed after 12 hours. OTHER GENERAL RULES: -No food or beverages in showroom -Permit required, additional fee -2nd Site Rep may be required based on headcount -Production cannot move showroom furniture. Must be done by property, additional fee will apply
