My house sits on a corner and there is free street parking on both sides. There is also a parking lot directly across from the side of the house.

Please include a short description of your project when requesting to book, including number of people and purpose of request such as photo or video shoot. Before booking PLEASE NOTE: - There is a 2 hour minimum time frame to book. Do not request to book for under 2 hours, your request will be declined. - Absolutely NO GLITTER (including body glitter) or confetti - **The time frame booked includes load in and load out!!!** - I'm not responsible for any items that might be believed to be left behind after the shoot - Shoe cover booties (that I provide) must be worn on the carpet in the red bedroom and the orange den. Models and artists being photographed may wear any shoes for shots without booties though. - The bathroom is newly remodeled. The refinishing on the sink and tub *will stain* if anything with color or dye is used in them. Please only use soap and water. If you will be running water in the tub for shots you must let me know beforehand!! - No lighting of candles or ANY open flame - No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property - No drinking beer, wine or alcohol without prior consent - No use of my personal clothing or jewelry. Do NOT open my closets or drawers - Food may only be consumed in the kitchen! And only outside food is allowed. No cooking or preparation of food inside the house. - No unplugging or moving any hoses on the exterior of the house or airstream including electrical and water hoses - Please do not put any additional weight on the shelving in the kitchen - If any dishes are used, please place in the sink when finished. I run everything through the dishwasher - NO animals permitted - *If there is evidence of broken rules, additional charges will apply at my discretion* And please just be very careful with everything as it is 95% unique vintage that’s not easily replaceable. This is my home that I live in and adore & I have created this space with lots of love and care. Thank you for understanding!!!
