  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks
  • Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

*Aesthetic of the space* Exposed brick, western facing windows, tall ceilings, and hardwood floors. *Neighborhood Details* Fulton Market is brimming with creative energy, and nearby to many of Chicago's best eateries. *Logistics* Our space is approximately 1,500 sq feet, with the option to rent our neighbor's suite for an additional 2,250 sq feet. The floor layout can be found in the photos. We have a few folding tables and chairs, included in the rental price. Multi-stall bathrooms are located just outside the entrance to the studio and are shared with our neighbors. We have a small kitchenette with a fridge, freezer, and microwave. Additionally, we have a water cooler that dispenses cold, room temp and hot water. Fiber Wifi, wireless printing (up to 10 pages printed at no cost), and two magnetic whiteboards on site.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
