Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space

Beautiful outdoor space in the Malibu under the oak and pine trees. Enjoy small events at the large family style picnic table, or use the guesthouse a blank canvas studio. Small farm and garden below the main outdoor area with chickens, ducks and soon to be home to pygmy goats. Succulents and cacti are abundant in the landscaped hillside and around the home. Over 7,000 sqft of outdoor space that can be utilized however desired. The home itself is built with eco-friendly materials and modern design in mind. The kitchen features a large black granite island that faces floor to ceiling windows directly to the garden and views of the surrounding hills. The rooftop deck is surrounded in wood with a covered ceiling and wide open views across the valley. The potential is endless for photos shoots, film, small weddings and dinners.

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
