Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

All levels are beautifully decorated in modern decor—the perfect backdrop for all your needs. This was the perfect location for our shoot. Nakeya was incredible, and a quick responder, and the space was exactly as described. It was very neat and cleaned and we would love to use this space again! Such a great deal for the location!

Everything about this location was prefect for our needs! The host was always responsive and available for questions. They had fresh flowers onsite. The main floor had fresh aroma sent which was... AMAZING! The area was just 100% what we need to produce. There were separate bathrooms for production crew and our talent. There was great parking and the surrounding area was well kept and secure.... just a great location all around.
