About the Space
Located in beautiful and peaceful "climate perfect" Fernwood, on 14,000 sq ft of land, with mountain views, big decks, and plenty of parking. Close to town, three miles to the beach, a five minute walk to Mimosa cafe and shops. At ground level coming in the front door, you'll find the recently renovated kitchen and bright dining and living room, all open plan setting. Great mountain views from the living room. There's also a pot belly stove surrounded by Mexican tile work and full bathroom. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one is partly also a den/play room for my daughter. Both have French doors to the connected outdoor deck. There's also a larger bathroom with laundry. The house is surrounded by half an acre of oak tree land, large boulders and inclines. The property is all fenced in and an electric gate opens to the driveway parking. There's a large 10 ft trampoline and a small garden.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
