- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

About the Space
Flexible space that has good light. Available for photo shoots, small gatherings, pop-up dinners and boutiques, community meetings, and much more! The studio is furnished with a lounge area and table and chairs, and an outdoor patio with plenty of room for social distancing. We have lots of amenities included and for rent. I hosted a baby shower here and it was perfect! The space was very clean upon arrival. My guests loved the space as well! Unfortunately it was too hot to use the outside space so we brought the tables inside and there was still plenty of room for the 12 of us! Would definitely book again.
