About the Space
Flexible space that has good light. Available for photo shoots, small gatherings, pop-up dinners and boutiques, community meetings, and much more! The studio is furnished with a lounge area and table and chairs, and an outdoor patio with plenty of room for social distancing. We have lots of amenities included and for rent. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This space is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It is clean, well-designed, and has such a wonderful feeling. There was plenty of street parking, which is always something I look for in LA. I held rehearsal and fittings in this space, and it was just perfect. There was a beautiful back patio when I needed to get some sun, and the space was extremely comfortable. I will 100% keep booking this space as I need writers' rooms, rehearsal spaces, and fitting spaces. It was just perfect. Thank you so much!

The space is beautiful, clean and perfect for a community gathering! Jayme is super responsive (and patient as we needed to make changes to our booking multiple times -- and on the day of!). We'd definitely book the space again!
