  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Rent your own private bar at the coolest hotel concept in Austin: Inn Cahoots! We have converted our lobby into a speakeasy style bar and coffee shop, and we're ready to host your next great happy hour, networking event, or special celebration! Easily host your next meeting or conference in this space with the addition of tables. Feel free to message us if you have questions about the space! FYI from 8-2 (hours may change) there is a coffee barista from Medici Coffee in the shop who sells through a window. If you choose to meet in this space during that time, the coffee barista will be available for you to also purchase coffee. Inn Cahoots is a four-story boutique hotel and event venue on 6th Street that features five spacious and versatile condo-style suites (23 hotel rooms), a sprawling rooftop deck overlooking Downtown Austin, and more than 8,000 sq. ft. of convertible indoor / outdoor gathering space. Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
