There are three on-site parking spots at the hotel. The spots are available to guests on a first-come-first-serve basis. If the spots are taken, you can use metered street parking or pay for a covered spot in the garage at East Austin Hotel (right across the street from us). There are also two surface lots less than a block away from the hotel with daily parking rates. We are happy to arrange additional reserved parking off-site by request!

- Please be mindful of our COVID-19 operational changes: - Please be respectful of your neighbors when it comes to music volume at late hours. Please do not bring your own speakers. We have speakers in your unit and in the public areas. These speakers are as loud as they can get without bothering the condo complex across the street, and we monitor when they are turned off (when we close the various public areas). - Please don't bring glass anywhere near the pool. We have provided cups for you in the unit to pour liquids in. If glass breaks anywhere near the pool we have to immediately drain it - meaning that no one gets to use it for 24 hours. We charge $500 for having to drain and refill the pool -- which is really just covering our cost! - Cleaning is included in the reservation. All we ask is that you dispose of your trash in the dumpster located off the alley at the back of the building. - Absolutely NO glitter or confetti. We will charge a $150 glitter / confetti fee if we find it in your unit. It’s so hard to clean! - While we often host special events with photographers and videographers, any filming or photoshoots that take place onsite require advanced approval by the property owner. The distribution or posting of videography or photography taken onsite without permission is strictly prohibited.
