About the Space

Unique and modern stylish spaces available for photoshoots, or small meetings. Space can be re-configured to suit your needs. High ceilings with spiral staircase, to the second floor. View to loft area, which includes a small office, available for your use. Plenty of natural light. The kitchen is available, so please specify if you will need to use it. The dining and living room area is 702 square feet and the great room including kitchen is 387 square feet. Tropical 30 ft swimming pool area with whirlpool tub and covered patio, ample seating for 10 people. More seating can be added. Easy access to major highways, close to Boca Ration, Palm beach, many beaches, and 45 minutes to Miami Beach.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
