About the Space

Our beautiful penthouse loft is located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. It feels like you are in NYC with it's large wrap around windows and views of the city skyline. We are centrally located in a safe area with parking lots surrounding. We are close to any kind of food you desire. We are in the home remodeling and photography and art industries, and our place reflects our interests and professions. We have a mix of custom made furnishings from Studio Haus with a modern contemporary style mixed with vintage features through the loft. Our main colors are Black, White, Silver & Gold with splashes of colorful art. Our space is great for business meetings, lectures, dinner parties, photo shoots, film shoots, and small gatherings. Amenities include: Cooking and kitchen supplies, photography studio space and equipment rental. Private rooftop patio.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
