Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Professional cleaners conduct a thorough cleansing before and after every booking. The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC. Sanitizers are provided and cleaning supplies are stocked for event use.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our spacious DTLA event space is perfect for your next Company Party, Private Event, Wedding Party, Networking Mixer, Release Event, etc. The lounge is beautifully decorated and located in the center of the historical Downtown Los Angeles. Featuring a theatre stage, a 4K projector, two 50" televisions, two private restrooms, and a 4,000 square feet outdoor patio our space is adjacent to nearby restaurants, galleries and bars.

General Rules

Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success. Please include the following: * Total number of people * Desired date(s) * Exact hours you will need the space including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down * Equipment & lighting specs * Pets (Please consult with us beforehand) * Smoking OK * Coasters are required on countertop surfaces * Leave space as you found it. NOISE -- We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a moderate level. SECURITY CAMERAS - We have security cameras recording inside and outside the space, please be respectful and safe. DAMAGES - You will be accounted for any damages to the space / items PARKING - There are paid parking lots across the street as well as on the same block. There are also paid meters right in front of the building. Up to two gated parking spots are included with the rental complimentary.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
