ATTENTION: MON-THURS - $45/Hr (Limited Time Peerspace Special). FRI, SAT & SUN - $60/hr. Great for traveling musicians, rappers, singers and bands. We mainly attract music video shoots and modeling shoots, making use of our studio and pool/waterfall backdrop But it's also great for poolside getaways, small Birthday parties, Bbq's and more. Or mix it up, have a hybrid gathering of sorts. Do something new! Plan on staying the night? It can be an option, as we have 3 individual rooms on site that we rent to our clients, one with a soaking tub huge double vanity sink and wall to wall mirror with extendable close-up zoom, light up mirror. An assorted selection of lighting and gear are often available. Ask about this. Sometimes we offer complimentary use, depending on length of location rental and specifics.
