We strictly follow all CDC guidelines to keep our guests and clients safe
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings

Located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta and easily walkable to Piedmont Park, this entirely renovated apartment is perfect for Photoshoots and Production Use. Designed by Brooklyn-based Siren Spaces, the home’s contrasting textures, delightful patterns, high-end touches and fun colors ooze retro flair. The unit is uniquely designed with custom, high-end finishes and fixtures, including hammered brass sinks and faucets, custom hand-painted Moroccan tile, Italian-built gas ranges and more. It includes a private outdoor area. Fully furnished, the majority of which by Anthropologie Home. The space is filled with natural lighting throughout; Google Wifi and Smart Home Nest Systems are included to control air and heat.

This space is unit 3 in a quadraplex. You may hear neighbors in other units however this is a very quiet building filled with tenants that work from home. We are not located on a busy street however we are not too far from Ponce De Leon Ave. This is a newly renovated unit so you will not hear noises from the appliances or AC

Equipment loading description
There is a loading zone behind the building where you will have access to the back patio entrance of the space. Entrance will require a ramp and loading trucks will need to be removed promptly once all necessary items have been unloaded.

General Rules
- No smoking inside the home. Front porch or yard is ok but all cig waste needs to be properly disposed of.
- No loud music EVER. This is 1 unit inside a 4 unit building
- Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest.
- Pet's based upon prior approval only.
- Outside catering is allowed
- Moving furniture around is ok but MUST be carefully returned to its original location prior to departure. If damage occurs as a result of moving furnitureHowever, wall art can only be moved by the host upon request.
- Guest must provide proof of liability insurance OR refundable $1000 security deposit (in lieu of insurance) and valid permits (if applicable) for all vendors. All permits and deposits/insurance must be provided 48 hours prior to shoot date. Security deposits can be collected via Cashapp, Venmo, Paypal or Zelle
- All rentals include set up and teardown time. So set-up, breakdown, and clean-up times must be budgeted into the hours rented.
Rates:

- If booking during the holiday season, please inquire about holiday rates prior to booking
Overtime:
Anything after your paid time is considered overtime and will be charged an overtime rate of $100 per every 15 minutes. Please book ALL the time you need to avoid this charge. This includes set up, breakdown and clean up.
All areas of the home, both inside and outside (porch & front yard), are at your disposal. Any use of public areas (street, sidewalks, etc) require guest acquiring proper permits. Prior to your reservation, it is advised that you schedule time for a site visit to ensure the home suits your needs and meets your expectations. Showings can be accommodated with prior scheduling.
