Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
This Euro-chic apartment has taken a lesson from the old world. Nothing has been spared and nothing is lacking in this delightful two bedroom, two bathroom garden level apartment. All areas flow on a single level and it’s got a sweet and cozy zen vibe. This unit was designed to use space at a premium and features multiple space saving furniture such as": dining table, folding table built into laundry center and a full size sofa bed.

970 Charles Allen Dr is the second driveway off of one of the main entrances to Piedmont Park. This unit is located on the lower level of the carriage home behind the main property of this address.
There is one designated parking spot for this unit in the back private parking lot. Street parking is by permit only. We also own an adjacent unit with parking spots available in that private parking lot as well. Please be upfront with how many vehicles will be present and how many parking spots you will need.

General Rules
- No smoking inside the home. Front porch or yard is ok but all cig waste needs to be properly disposed of.
- No loud music EVER.
- Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest.

- Moving furniture around is ok but MUST be carefully returned to its original location prior to departure. If damage occurs as a result of moving furnitureHowever, wall art can only be moved by the host upon request.
- All rentals include set up and teardown time. So set-up, breakdown, and clean-up times must be budgeted into the hours rented.

All areas of the home, both inside and outside (porch & front yard), are at your disposal. Any use of public areas (street, sidewalks, etc) require guest acquiring proper permits. Prior to your reservation, it is advised that you schedule time for a site visit to ensure the home suits your needs and meets your expectations. Showings can be accommodated with prior scheduling.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
