It can host up to 200 event guests outdoor within social distancing. This beautifully 14000 sq/ft Mansion and well-developed grounds provide the ideal setting for any couples’ dream wedding, baby shower, Birthday party, or any other events. The interior features common spaces including a luxurious kitchen and catering kitchen, the Luxury Formal Dining Room, and the Presidential living room and sunroom. The Mansion has a unique built on an 1800 sq/ft deck that allows for that 'Clarksville Country' outside feel with a private barn and horses view. Due to COVID, we suggest outdoor events for the safety of our guests and enjoying the most luxurious view of the mansion and sunset. The host will also discuss indoor events if needed and other terms.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
