About the Space

Our space is perfect for any kind of photo or video shoot. The studio is styled to provide a variety of sets and photo ops. You can use natural light or artificial lighting as we have windows in both rooms as well as continuous lighting available free of charge. Feel free to use our white backdrop, tapestries and props as needed since they are also included with your booking. This studio also comes equipped with a glam area for hair and makeup as well as a dressing room, bathroom and reception/waiting area where we will greet your clients. Need internet? We've got wifi too! ***IMPORTANT - You are welcomed to use the dressing room for outfit changes using your own wardrobe. ALL WARDROBE BELONGING TO OUR STUDIO AND ANYTHING ELSE BEING STORED IN THE DRESSING ROOM IS OFF LIMITS!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!! IF IT IS DISCOVERED THAT YOU USED OUR WARDROBE OR ANYTHING ELSE STORED IN THE DRESSING ROOM IN ANY WAY, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A $100 REPLACEMENT FEE PLUS THE VALUE OF WHATEVER YOU USED!!***** ****PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE PORTRAITS OR SIGNAGE FROM THE WALL IN THE RECEPTION AREA ****PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE ALBUMS ON THE SHELVES ****PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO REMOVE OR ALTER THE HANGING FLOWER INSTALLATION BEHIND THE EGG CHAIR!!! No smoking inside or outside the premises. No more than 8 people allowed onsite, per booking. Masks are required unless you are modeling. No pets or animals allowed onsite. Music can be played, but at low volumes only. Furniture can be rearranged as long as everything is put back the way it was found. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and tear-down time in your booking hours. No glitter, paint or confetti can be used. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS Playing Music is fine, as long as its kept at a reasonable level. Your guests are your responsibility! Loud or overly noisy guests will not be tolerated. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
