You're in the right place if you're looking for space for a performance, exhibition, launch, private party, or similar activity.** Our inviting 500 square foot open-floor storefront gallery is great for classes, workshops, meetings, photo/video shoots, intimate performances, and private events with an arty sensibility. White interior walls, high ceilings, and gleaming wood floor play beautifully with the natural light that floods in through our large street-facing windows and additional space in the rear of the space. Makers of all stripes will enjoy configuring our endlessly adaptable space. Speaker system, climate control, wall mounted 55 inch with HDMI cable and Mac adapter, wifi, color printer/copier (pay per page), privacy screens for street-facing windows, kitchen with fridge and stove, drop lighting, restroom, 8 rectangular tables and 35chairs, Up to 50 guests standing, 25-30 comfortably seated. Street level access makes load in and out very easy. Non-profit and independent artist rates are available. Please reach out to us for more information. We require a $150 security deposit for all rentals. Security deposits are fully refundable in the event that all rules are followed and there are no damages. We are located on Pacific Ave a 10 minute walk from Liberty State Park Lightrail . Street parking available nearby.

General Rules Booked hours must include load in/set up and break down/load out. Please book hours accordingly. No smoking. Noise must be kept to a reasonable volume during work hours and to a minimum both inside and outside during the building's quiet hours (weekdays from 9pm-8am and weekends from 10pm-9am). Leave the space neat and broom-clean after each use. Items left behind will be at owner’s risk and may be discarded. All faucets, lights, thermostat, and electronics must be turned off at the end of each session, and all items must be returned to where they were found and in good working order. The space may not be altered without the prior written approval. Sales, including sale of merchandise and tickets, and solicitation of donations are permitted Food and beverages may be enjoyed during private events. During public events, organizers may serve food and beverages in accordance with their own permits and licenses. The space comes as is, and we cannot guarantee removal of furniture or other items. Please speak with us to ensure that our space will meet your needs. All ages are allowed in the space
