About the Space
This unique space is perfect for any creator, photographer, videographer or artist to use for a multitude of purposes. Fully equipped with 3 backdrops, Dragcast light package, Aperture 300d. Mark 11, industrial steamer, industrial fan, professional clothing rack and luxury coach with director chairs for your convenience.

Lighting description
There is two windows that open up for sunlight as well as blinds to close them. We have 3 different v flats for your needs to curve light, block, bounce, etc. The studio comes with drag cast light kit, aperture 300d mark 2 as well as diffusers and reflectors.
Ambient noise description
The room is not sound proof. The studio is located in the heart of Brooklyn and is in a very hip area. It is possible to hear outside noise, music or street sounds.
Crew access

There is no loading dock or zone. We have a front door that leads one flight upstairs to our studios.
No staging area available
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Only our photo and video room will be available to shoot. The kitchen will be available to use and of course our bathroom in the hall to change and or use. The kitchen area is for guest to enjoy lunch and or wait for another studio session.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
There are multiple outlets on each of the 4 walls including the circuit breaker which is in the same room. We do have An ac system in the wall as well.

General Rules
1. Rooms are limited to only the customer booking. ( no non-participating guests ) Except for staff or team. ex: camera man/ producer/ etc.
2. Once your session is over, please leave the premises immediately in a respectful, timely manner. This helps us take care of our guests and neighbors by being safe and planning accordingly.
3. Temperature checks will be given to all clients and staff prior to entering the studio. Anyone who shows signs of sickness or a temp of 100.
4 or above will not be permitted due to health risks.
4. All clients and staff are required to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds prior to entering the studio.
5. Please kindly arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your session so there is not a overlap or cluster in the lobby. Social distancing is in effect.
6. In between sessions, each studio and equipment is wiped down and disinfected for your safety.
7. All staff will be wearing face masks and gloves if needed or requested. Hand Santizer is available upon request.
8. If you have contracted covid-19 and haven’t fully recovered within 3 weeks, please do not book a session until you are back to good health. If you feel you are getting sick or have a cold or cough, please refrain from booking until you feel 100%.
9. No food or drink will be allowed in any of the studios. If you would like to eat or drink, we have designed a beautiful kitchen with a eating area to chill out, take a break and get refreshed.

You can move any furniture or props as long as it is neatly put back and cleaned when your session is ending.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our space is up to date with Covid guidlines and is weekly cleaned by a professional cleaning service.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
