Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
The Studio is cleaned, sanitized, and swept & mopped every day. Any trash that is thrown away in trash bin is emptied out 3 to 4 days. Love Seats are also vacuumed and cleaned every day.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Music Production and Vocal Recording Studio, Podcast recording, photography and film, music videos, white walls with a fresh clean wood look, luxurious blue velvet love seats, barn door recording booth, in a very well known street with music and arts oriented activities/movie filming/restaurants and a friendly community.

Meter parking is available on both sides of the street. There is a small parking lot across from the building. Parking is free after 6 and all day Sunday.

Ambient noise description
I can barely hear the neighbors but I have a soundproofed recording booth. The street is moderately busy and not loud. No noise from appliances, AC is loud but room is cool enough to turn it off when recording.

There is no loading zone, only stairs. The entrance doesn't have a ramp.

Electrical system description
Power is never a problem. 4 outlets in the studio room, located on all four walls. Circuit breaker is in another room that's only accessed by property manager.

General Rules
- No smoking in building
- Clean up after yourself please (food, drinks, etc)
- Alcohol is allowed for 21+ as long as you drink safely & responsibly
- Do not climb outside onto the roof tops
- Do not use any area outside the studio e.i the hallways/entrance/stairs.
- Please be considerate of other tenants in the building
- Please put everything back in its place at end of session

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
