  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This is a great space for your photography and videography needs! Your booking with us includes: ★ PRODUCTION STUDIO ★ LOUNGE w/ blackout curtains ★ MAKEUP & WARDROBE room ★ DIT/EDITING room w/ 3-monitor system and speakers ★ PRIVATE BATHROOM PRODUCTION STUDIO - Perfect for work such as product photography, modeling, headshots, formal interviews, talking segments, and green screen work. Choose from white, gray, black, and green backdrops. Bring your own lighting equipment, or enjoy a pre-lit/customizable lighting set-up using rental gear from our "add-on's." LOUNGE - Great for staging, holding meetings, storing extra equipment, and relaxing. Equipped with blackout curtains and nicely furnished, it also doubles as a creative photography space! DIT / EDITING ROOM - Excellent private space to offload all your photos/videos onto a hard drive, do some content management, and even some editing. All spaces run on a dedicated wifi network.
