Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
CLEANING AND SANITATION
- EPA approved cleaning solutions and materials are used to clean and disinfect the studio.
- Dedicated time slots are 60 minutes long, followed by a 30 minute cleaning period.
- During the 30 minute cleaning period, all surfaces and equipment that were used are cleaned and disinfected.
- Every evening we complete a deep clean and disinfection of the entire studio.
VENTILATION
- Exhaust fan
- Oscillating fans
- All available windows and doors accessible to fresh outdoor air are kept open
HAND SANITATION
- Upon entry, all individuals are asked to immediately sanitize and wash their hands.
- Hand sanitizer is available throughout the studio
HEALTH CHECKS
- Before entry, all individuals are required to complete a mandatory Health Declaration to confirm they are not experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, nor have they come in contact with someone who is experiencing symptoms.
- All individuals are required to notify management if they test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of their last visit to the studio, so we can inform our community of members and trainers.
RESERVATIONS
-All time slots must be booked in advance using the studio's reservation system.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Disposable gloves
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

There is free street parking as well as metered street parking.

Lighting description
There is southern exposure. The studio is long and narrow, so it tends to be brighter towards the front.
There are shades on the windows and a curtain on the door.
It is brightest in the morning and early afternoon.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
There is street noise. However, that is limited when the windows are closed. Bush is a busy street. There is no noise from appliances or AC. The neighbors are quiet.

Equipment loading description
There is no loading zone. There are no steps to enter the space. However, there are two steps leading from the reception area down to the exercise floor.
Staging area is available
There is a restroom and a small changing area with a curtain.
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
There are many outlets all throughout the space. The circuit breaker is next door in the entry area. It can be easily accessed if necessary.

General Rules
Our space is Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. Only service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are allowed in the studio.
Please be respectful of our space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you.
To respect other reservations and allow time for cleaning and sanitation, please vacate the premises by the time your reservation ends. (See Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies for more information.)

All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
There is exercise equipment than can be easily moved around. Wall decorations can be removed.
Smoke machines are allowed

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
