Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Nelissa was an amazing and accommodating host. The house was perfect as it was on a cul de sac, I do recommend basecamp parking, Please reach out to the St Paul AME Church, 3 mins away! They would love to have you! Please make sure you pay a proper rate.

This space was perfect for my photoshoot!! The natural light, decor, and overall ambiance was everything I needed and more. Nellie was a great host that communicated well. She was extremely flexible with my need for more time and I appreciated that! The only con of the day was that I didn’t know their would be people in the home during my shoot. It worried me a bit at first but we made it work. Overall, yes yes yes! Nellie’s space helped me get the job done.
