About the Space
Welcome to our photo/video production studio! This 1000-square foot space in a historic industrial building was originally built as a live/work artist loft before it was rezoned to commercial-only about 20 years ago. The shooting floor is approximately 20'x30' with a 10'x10' south-facing window at the end with newly installed blinds to block lights as needed. The natural light that comes in is beautiful :) Grip equipment and an Apple Thunderbolt Display (Please bring your laptop to tether) is included in the hourly rental fee (c-stands, background stand, sandbags, apple boxes, v-flats, and a 9' camera stand). Note that you'll need to bring your own USB-C-to-Thunderbolt adapter for the monitor). We use Google web pass internet, it is super fast for any upload and download! All the studio's lighting equipment and modifiers are available as a flat rate add-on (Profoto D4 2400 pack, Profoto Acute 2R 2400 pack, 6 Profoto heads, 5' Elinchrom Deep Octa on a 9' articulating boom, medium Chimera softbox, 2x3 softbox, beauty dish, Profoto reflectors, barn doors, snoot, Pocketwizards, more). Please let us know what equipment you might need prior to the shoot.
