The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This place and area would work for film and photography. Three floors offer a wide variety of settings. In the house, you will find a bright living room with a fireplace connected designed cedar porch. An open bright and beachy kitchen with a dining and massive vintage Viking stove. Large loft-style basement with bright windows. 3 beach style bedrooms. Additional 2 full designer bathrooms.

Parking description

This road is on a small side gravel street. Cars can drop off equipment and one or two essential vehicles can be on the street private road. Otherwise street parking is widely available and free.

The space is bright a filled with natural light. Mid-day is the brightest, but the house has direct sunlight from 15 minutes after sunrise to 30 minutes before sunrise.

There is distant ambient noise from both JFK and the occasional subway shuttle.

This is a quiet private street with easy loading and offloading. However, it doesn't accommodate larger trucks. Cars should be street parked on a public road. One essential vehicle can be parked on a private street.
