Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

The warm earthy tones make the perfect canvas of Joshua Tree inspired decor meets the interior design of a rich and eclectic space full of visual interest. With the curated ambiance of a soothing oasis and a touch of modern bohemian style making it a distinctive and viable space for all creatives. Conveniently located in the NoHo Arts District, this bi-level loft gives you a wanderlust hideaway with plenty of natural lighting and an open floor plan. Catering to the creative who is looking to film, shoot, write, or host small events this space has dynamic features and views throughout both levels. With 20 foot ceilings, windows facing East and South, and a private 750 square foot patio for hosting and shooting indoor/outdoor use adding the ideal dynamic for any booker. The furniture is movable creating diverse looks and feels for your every need. The peak natural lighting is early morning, as the loft gets rays of pink from the San Gabriel mountains starting at 6:00 AM in the Spring and Summer. Due to all of the natural lighting, the projector is not best used during the day, but with all of the views, you won’t notice. Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

When looking for spaces, I wanted to find the perfect space that resonated with my brand. Upon first glance, the professional photos definitely captured my eye. I wanted to make sure that the space looked exactly like the pics and the host was so responsive and willing to accommodate our needs. I wasn't familiar with the area but she provided recommendations for almost everything that we needed to have a successful shoot. Our camera crew loved the space, the open lighting, and the asthetics of the studio. This was the perfect place to develop our content for our brand and we look forward to creating more content here in the future. Thank you again for your hospitality and providing a welcoming space.

I had the best experience renting Jessica’s loft especially as a first time peer space user. My reservation was confirmed in less than an hour which was very nice! Jessica did a wonderful job of explaining everything I might need to enjoy the space and all logistics and the handing over of the key was seamless. I would definitely book this loft again because besides the incredible communication with Jessica it is gorgeous!! Extra points for the abundance of hand sanitizer and medical grade masks to keep safety a priority during this pandemic. My friends and I are already planning when we can use the space again especially in the warmer months to take full advantage of the rooftop. Thanks so much Jessica!!! See you again!

Wonderful host! Super nice and helpful. The space looks exactly like the photos the bedroom is so beautiful! There was hand sanitizer, cleansing wipes and masks left out which was very thoughtful and appreciated
