4 cars can easily fit in our driveway and we can organize more parking if requested.

1. INSURANCE must be provided by guest and valid permits for all vendors. Peerspace can help you obtain a plan at a competitive rate. 2.ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES excessive drinking of alcoholic beverages or usage of Hard drugs NO! smoking on premises. 3. No loud music after 8 pm 3.No Overnight guests. 4.Lights, Ac, Heater or any other flammables must be turned off while not on the property. (0 tolerance policy) 5. Please lock the door while not in the house or when you leave. 6. If you need an extra key or lost a key please notify us, Please don't forget to return the keys at the end of your stay. 7. No wet wipes, even flushables, tampons, kitchen napkins in toilets as it will clog. 8. House must be reasonably clean and organized. 9. NO Food or dirty dishes left behind. All trash must be collected in trash bags and left inside the house. WE HAVE BEARS IN THE AREA> SO NO TRASH LEFT OUTSIDE. 11. FURNITURE ARRANGEMENT could only be moved upon request. It is the guest’s responsibility to restore the layout of the space following a booking and their “tear-down” time must be included in the time reserved for the booking. 12.
