About the Space

Cozy personal space, Good for catered events, small workshops for yoga and other movement arts, creative photo shoots. Full kitchen, a couple of rooms, and large open floor plan. I have personally hosted massage workshops, yoga workshops, conscious intimacy workshops, and more here! Note a fitness pole has been added, and one of the light fixtures updated to something more arab-esque. Given the nature of the space there may be small changes in things (the exact plants, the nature of a throw blanket, etc.) but the pictures otherwise line up.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

A beautiful spot, perfect for our needs with a music video shoot. Roomier than anticipated, and all of the carefully crafted details really make this space pop! Mary was accommodating and quick to respond to my messages on peerspace leading up to the shoot, and via text on the day of rental. I would highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a vibrant and funky backdrop.
