Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

ELEVATOR We are establishing a one family unit per use rule, you can also gain entry to the space through the staircase. KITCHEN We're establishing a two person per use rule. SANITIZING STATIONS We have installed wall mounted sanitizers at the lobby area and second floor next to the elevators. Hand Soap stations in the bathroom and Clorox wipes through out the space.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

AMENITIES: The studio equipment that is free to use includes: • Floor to ceiling windows with natural light • Two Godox SK400II Flash studio lights • Two 14"x63" Godox Beehive Honeycomb Grid Strip Softboxes • Two 32" x 48" Godox Softboxes • Various softboxes • Multiple stools • Various prop furniture • Ceiling speakers • Full-length mirror • Wardrobe rack (Please bring hangers) BACKDROPS Paper backdrops with backdrop stands ($10 per color). 3 backdrops walls one 107inches (orange and white color) the other in 87inches (black, white, grey). Your rental includes the studio you have rented. You are not permitted to shoot in the common areas.

General Rules

- We require a $150 security deposit (zelle, venmo or cashapp) on arrival to the venue. Refunded immediately at the end of the booking. - Last-minute Bookings (under 24 hours) will be billed at 1.5x regular rates. - Interviews & Sound recording videos MUST book the Full Second Floor Loft. - Live music shoots MUST book the Full Second Floor Loft. - We ask that you include enough time for setup and breakdown in your booking times. - Overages and booking extension will be billed at 1.5X the regular rate - Absolutely no smoking in or around the building. - Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. -No Confetti, Confetti balloons, nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.

We have security cameras that record video throughout the building.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
