4000 sq ft 1960's backyard. Tiki shed, swimming pool, Koi/goldfish pond with working Waterwheel and fountains. 9 foot deep swimming pool. Sunny and shady at all times of the day. Backyard is available for up to 30 persons. If more than 30 guests see separate listing for same space that includes the backyard and 2 bedroom home. Mike was very responsive and accommodating to all of my questions about the space. The space is exactly as advertised, with the tiki bar as the star of the entire show. The space had a place to plug your phone in to connect to the speakers in the backyard, but they generously allowed me to bring my computer speakers, which had a little bit more bass that I like. Would definitely book this spot again.
