About the Space

A newly renovated media production facility located in a vibrant industrial park in Beachwood, Ohio. The 32,000 square feet premier facility includes a 2,400 square feet of soundstage equipped with a full rigging/lighting grid at 11 ft for video production equipped with anchored with a 7,000 square feet state-of-the-art audio production facility as well as a wide variety of stage area, executive offices, open workspace and conference rooms for professional and social venues. Two large rolling bay doors are available for easy loading in and out with ample parking. There is also a glass rooftop atrium for meeting/dining with a fully equipped kitchen.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
