There are several options for guest parking. The free option is to let your guests find street parking around The Square. On weekends when The Square is crowded and lively, there may not be many available parking spots, and your guests may get frustrated. The second option is for your guests to use any of the paid parking lots. In fact, there is one right across the street from our venue that uses the ParkMobile app for payment. The final and most convenient option would be for us, to reserve the parking lot in advance for your event. Please reach out to us for pricing info if you would like to consider this option. • What is included in the bar service package? The bar service package includes the bartender and everything that the bartender will need to operate a smooth-running bar. This includes everything from the glasses to ice, to napkins and bottle openers! The only things that are NOT included and that you will have to provide are the alcohol, drinks, mixers, and garnish/toppings. • Are we allowed to use real candles? Unfortunately, real candles are strictly prohibited. The safety of our clients is our top priority, and lit candles are considered to be a fire hazard. However, we have you covered! We have battery-operated candles that create a beautiful ambiance. These are available at no charge to you! • Can we install some of our own decorations? Yes, of course! We just ask that our clients be mindful of our space and make sure that the decorations do not damage the aesthetics or integrity of the building. In case of any doubts, we will be there to guide you, or answer your questions on the day of your event. • Do we have access to a kitchen? Our venue does not have a full-service kitchen. However, we do have access to a full-size refrigerator and microwave. These are not located within the venue space, but on the floor above. • Is there a restroom in the space? Yes, there is a men and women’s restroom located on the floor above the venue space. Our clients have access to these restroom facilities. Since there is not an elevator, please note that guests will need to climb up a flight of stairs to go to the restrooms. • Are you ADA accessible? Unfortunately, we are not ADA accessible. There is a short flight of stairs to enter the space from the street level. Our space is accessible directly from the street or through the main building. Either way, guests will have to walk down a short flight of stairs. We are currently working with the City on making our space more accessible to everyone. • Is outside catering allowed and can we bring alcohol? Yes, we allow outside catering from restaurants or from your own kitchen. And yes, we are a BYOB facility for private events. There is no kitchen facility with stove tops, oven, etc. But you are allowed to bring and use food warmers.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
