About the Space
Our beautiful, modern Artist Home is full of light and is a perfect backdrop for your next film/photo project. A brand documentary was recently filmed here and the director used only natural lighting. Click here to see the doc: https://thepleasurecenter.wistia.com/medias/7rg0ejk7dn The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couch, lounge chairs, and tables Renovated kitchen Beautiful dining room with seating for 6-8 Living Room with separate lounge area Art Studio Entryway with "Art Wall" Decorative accent lighting Boho style back porch Three well designed bedrooms, one with king bed and DWR headboard Original modern art throughout the home We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community and have neighbors below us. No music, DJs, instrumentalists, or karaoke. There is one cat in our home, and he will be offsite during your rental. A few upholstered chairs in the house have some cat damage that hasn't been an issue with rentals, but if you think it might be for you, feel free to message me before booking for details. Street parking only. The driveway is shared with a neighbor. Exterior space is not included in the rental except for the private back porch that's featured in the photos. There's a lovely river and park in walking distance if you need outside shots.

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

Really nice home for filming. Beautiful light for the entire day, and really nicely decorated. Feels / is much bigger than the photos suggest, and Amy couldn't have been a nicer, more helpful host. If recording audio, you're all set... super quiet. And though there's "no parking" there is plenty of street parking and the neighbors were nice too. GREAT rental. Highly Recommend.

The space was exceptional. Perfectly styled for a transitional modern space that felt a little eclectic but perfectly authentic. Even with a slightly overcast day, the natural light was perfect with a little fill to tell a really nice light story. On top of everything, Amy was an exceptional host—accommodating, helpful and just an overall nice human. If you’re looking for a transitional/modern space, highly recommend.

This is a beautiful space that worked out perfectly for our film shoot. Every detail in this place reflects really excellent taste. There was great natural light that was an asset throughout the shoot. Amy was warm, helpful, and communicative throughout the process. Would highly recommend!

Amy's place was the PERFECT spot for our photoshoot. Her home truly does have amazing natural light and the best decor. She was also flexible with shifting our booking times last minute and letting our crew come a few days before for a walk through. Super easy to work with and would 100% recommend. Thank you!
