All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Very beautiful and rustic multipurpose studio in downtown San Bernardino. This studio can be use for multipurpose activities. Small gatherings, band rehearsals, baby showers, birthdays, pop-ups, photo shoots, video shoots, or community meetings. studio counts with 1,056 square feet of open space, with a small bar to host your guest as well as a lounge corner section with black leather sofas smart recliner and stools to seat up 20 people. 70 & 55 inch Vizio smart tv with hdmi cable to project anything directly from your smart devices to the whole studio. Movable stage for your band or anyone hosting the night with any act. Monster and wine fridge available as well to keep all your drink cool and fresh. Professional ELECTRO VOICE PA SYSTEM as an add on as well to project a professional sound for your event. Multi color Led lights thru out the whole studio with control to set your mood. Smoke patio available in premises.

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
