Beauty In The East is perfect for hosting intimate gatherings with no more than 30 guests (total for both floors combined). The first-floor space is fully furnished and includes a beautiful kitchen (warming food OK, cooking not permitted), living room, one private bathroom and boasts 9’ high ceilings. Both floors have gorgeous black framed windows with beautiful recess lighting throughout. No bedroom access. Out of respect to neighbors, no crowds, lingering or loud noise allowed in front of house. Please do not double park your cars or block neighbors driveways. ABSOLUTELY NO CONFETTI OR GLITTER CAN BE USED IN SPACE!!! Lower level/basement is a spacious open canvas perfect for intimate dinner parties. Lower level accommodates up to 20 guests seated for a formal seated event, 30 informal seating/standing. Space is open and includes one additional bathroom (two restroom total between both levels). Lower level ceilings are 6’4" and not idea for anyone taller than 6’3”. No food can be heated in the lower level (no lit sterno's allowed in lower level). Minimum of 5 hours - 5 hour rental - 1 hour setup, 3 hour event, 1 hour cleanup 6 hour rental - 1 hour setup, 4 hour event, 1 hour cleanup 7 hour rental - just book 8 hours, it's cheaper 8 hour rental - 2 hour setup, 5 hour event, 1 hour cleanup - 10% off on requests for 8+ hours You will be charged time x 1.5 for any event that goes past 12 AM Plates - black round plates - .75 cents each - has to be paid separately Gold round chargers - $1 each - has to be paid separately Tables & Chairs - Up to four 6' and four 8' tables are provided.
