About the Space

10K sq ft multi use space including a mezzanine / cyc wall / creative work space and a 3K sq ft garden. The Atrium - Polished concrete floors, large overhead skylights and a floating glassed in conference room. The huge barn doors swing open and fill the room with natural light, connecting guests to the garden area and making loading easy. In the back of the building is a 2000 square ft studio space complete with a 20 ft cyc wall. A large garage door makes load in and load out easy and provides natural light when needed. ----------------------- Minimum Day Rate that is shown is based on a non-commercial still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less @ a 8 hour day. Please inquire for rates on larger impact jobs and include and the following details about your project. Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

Michael + Jonathan + Aaron were awesome hosts! So easy going and very helpful. SPACE WAS BEAUTIFUL! Very comfortable with lounge areas and clean bathrooms. Thanks for taking care of us!
