About the Space
This is a garage turned creative studio that is suitable for photo and video shoots, workshops, yoga classes and other creative activities. It has large glass french doors and a large window looking out to a beautiful green back yard. The space is cutely decorated with modern creative appeal in wall decor and furnishings. Any booking for this space also has access to the backyard, which includes a fire pit area with seating. Located off of South Dakota Avenue NE, between Rhode Island and Bladensburg Avenues and a few minutes from 50/295 freeways and the DC Costco. Note: No restrooms are available at this location unless property owner is on site.
